This group is designed for interracial and mixed-ethnic couples seeking a supportive, intentional space to explore their unique relationship experiences. Together, we will build community, foster deeper understanding, and strengthen connection through shared dialogue, reflection, and learning.

Being in an interracial relationship can be both deeply fulfilling and uniquely complex. Partners often navigate cultural differences, communication styles, family expectations, and societal perceptions that can shape how they relate to one another and to the world around them. This group provides a guided, compassionate environment to unpack these experiences, develop mutual understanding, and grow together as a couple. Together, we will honor the richness of each couple’s story and build community grounded in empathy, equity, and growth.

This group is for you if:

  • You identify as a mixed race or multiethnic couple.

  • You’re seeking more community and connection with other interracial couples.

  • You want tools and conversations to help navigate cultural differences, systemic pressures, and racism as a couple.

  • You value equity, empathy, and curiosity in your personal growth and relationships.

What to Expect:

  • Guided discussions on topics such as cultural identity, communication, family expectations, and societal pressures.

  • Exploration of shared and individual values to build a stronger foundation as a couple.

  • Opportunities to reflect, listen, and connect authentically with others who share similar experiences.

  • A respectful, confidential space where every story and identity is valued.

Tychelle Graham-Moskowitz

Tychelle works with individuals and couples who are looking to explore who they are and how they can make sense of the world around them more clearly. Folks who may be experiencing anxiety and depression, or even trying to figure out if that is what they should call it. In my work with couples I look to support and facilitate health communication and individual and collective understanding.
