Skills for Emotional Resilience for Teens

Tuesdays, from 5:30 - 6:30PM starting January 6, 2026

Life as a teen can feel intense - emotions can be overwhelming, relationships complicated, and stress nonstop. If you’ve ever felt stuck in patterns that aren’t helping, this group is a place to learn how to handle it all.

This group is for teens dealing with big emotions, impulsive actions, self-harm thoughts or behaviors, trauma, substance use, or tough relationships with friends, family, or partners. You’ll learn practical skills to:

  • Manage strong emotions

  • Cope with stress and difficult situations

  • Communicate and connect better with others

  • Stay present and grounded in the moment

The goal is simple: help you feel more in control, build skills you can actually use, and start creating a life that feels worth living - one step at a time.
