This therapy and community group is a healing-centered space created for Black women who want to connect, reflect, and grow in community with one another. Together, we will explore what it means to navigate the world as Black women—honoring our histories, identities, struggles, beauty and strengths. Through guided discussion, storytelling, and reflection, participants will have the opportunity to deepen self-awareness, build connection, and cultivate radical self-love and care.
Each week will include time for education, conversation, and shared processing on themes such as identity, intersectionality, liberation, strength, and sisterhood. The group encourages both active participation and quiet contemplation, recognizing that there are many ways to belong and engage in community.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Identify as a Black woman, age 18 or older
Want to connect with other Black women in a supportive and affirming space
Are curious about your identity and the layered experiences of being Black and woman
Desire to practice vulnerability, reflection, and community care
Our time together will focus on:
Understanding intersectionality and self-identity
Exploring the “strong Black woman” narrative and its impact
Reclaiming sisterhood and collective healing
Honoring both struggle and joy in Black womanhood
Commitment:
This group meets once a week for 8 weeks. Consistent attendance supports trust and connection within the group.

Tychelle Graham-Moskowitz
Tychelle works with individuals and couples who are looking to explore who they are and how they can make sense of the world around them more clearly. Folks who may be experiencing anxiety and depression, or even trying to figure out if that is what they should call it. In my work with couples I look to support and facilitate health communication and individual and collective understanding.
