Hi—I'm glad you're here.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in their relationships—disconnected, frustrated, and often carrying guilt, shame, or resentment. I offer a space where we can slow down and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at the patterns, roles, and ways of relating that may no longer be serving you. Through the trust we build, we’ll work to reconnect you with your own needs, voice, and sense of agency. My work focuses on relational harm and difficulty, whether it's in romantic partnerships, friendships, work relationships, or family dynamics. Relationships are at the heart of life, and when they’re not working, everything else can feel off.

I also work with clients who are recovering from adverse religious experiences. Through my own lived experience, I understand how rigid belief systems and religious environments, especially those that lean toward spiritual abuse or cult dynamics, can leave lasting wounds. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to explore and heal from these experiences.

And then there’s grief. If you’re human, you’ve experienced loss. Sometimes it’s expected, sometimes it knocks the wind out of us. Either way, grief has a way of reshaping our world. I support clients through these painful seasons, not just to get through grief, but to stay connected to life and meaning through it. We often engage rituals or rhythms that honor your experience and help you stay grounded as you move forward.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself. My approach is collaborative, kind, and deeply curious. I work primarily from a person-centered, relational psychodynamic lens—rooted in the belief that healing happens in the context of safe and trusting relationships. I’m trauma-informed and integrate elements of Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Family Systems work. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples, with a particular focus on supporting men and queer clients. I bring compassion and gentleness to our work, creating space for your story to unfold at your pace, while also helping you notice and shift the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Originally from South Jersey, I’ve always felt drawn to helping others whether through nonprofit work, mentoring youth, guiding fly fishing trips, or leading retreats. Before settling in Seattle in 2020, I spent time on the East Coast and in Montana, each place shaping my perspective and deepening my appreciation for connection and service. I earned my degree from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, where I developed a passion for relational healing and tending to the complexity of the whole self. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest—cold plunging in the Puget Sound, wandering through the woods, or playing disc golf. I’m also always on the lookout for a good cup of coffee, a cozy brewery, a great movie, or time well spent with close friends.
